What lease terms do you offer?

We offer flexible 3–14 month lease terms.

Is the community pet-friendly?

We are a pet-friendly community with a maximum of two (2) pets per household. Restricted breeds include: Pit Bull Terriers / Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Presa Canarios, Alaskan Malamutes, Rottweilers, Chows, Akitas, and Wolf-Hybrids.

Are utilities included in the rent?

Utilities are separate. Residents are responsible for gas, water, electric, and sewer.

Is parking included?

Open parking: $10 per month per vehicle
Reserved parking: $60 per month
Street parking available

Are the apartments furnished?

Apartments are not furnished.
